Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ISRCS has no control over delivery times, handling, or transit conditions.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is shipped, ISRCS is not liable for mis-delivery or delays. You will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
ISRCS is not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues once a tracking number has been issued. All claims for lost, delayed, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non-pickup, a partial refund may be issued for the item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
ISRCS is not responsible for any customs duties, border taxes, or fees applied to international shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Our Responsibility
The only exceptions to this policy are cases in which the team at ISRCS makes an error in addressing or processing your order. In such cases, we will make it right.
