Refund policy

Damages & Issues

We pack every order with love and multiple layers of protection, but crystals can still be delicate due to their natural structure. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues.

If your item is damaged, you must email CS@isellrockscrystalshop.com with:

1. Your full name and order number,
2. Photos of the shipping box (outside),
3. Photos of the inside packaging,
4. Photos of the damaged item.
Claims without photos cannot be accepted, since this documentation is required to evaluate the issue and/or file a carrier claim.

Minor shedding, chips, cracks, or inclusions that are naturally occurring in crystals are not considered damage.

Refunds & Store Credit
Approved damage claims will be issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only given in extreme cases and at the sole discretion of ISRCS.

In some cases, you may be required to ship the damaged item back to us with a valid tracking number and item has arrived back to ISRCS before store credit or refund can be issued. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once a return is received and approved, store credit or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at CS@isellrockscrystalshop.com.
